Our international volunteers has been an active member of the Legion since landing in Ukraine in May. They joined a platoon with an excellent group of professional, and highly trained members.
A few of the members have gone onto other platoons, while some members have gone home.
10 other members have branched off to form their own squad.
While the squad is not part of the formal International Legion, they are part of the Ukrainian Army and continue to provide combat support. The members are being paid as members of the Ukrainian army, and get some support… yet without being fully integrated into the Territorial Legion require some external support.
The squad is renting a house in Ukraine where they spend time between deployments to the front. They are on a 3:1 rotation with 3 weeks in the combat field and 1 week back at the house.
Monthly contributions are ideal as this will help them maintain recurring expenses.
